Overscale 38-inch mid-century Carstens Tönnieshof fat lava table lamp, West Germany, 1960s. Smoky gray gradient with a vivid orange band over cratered “lava” texture. Transformed into a lampwith museum-grade fittings and an extra-tall custom drum shade in teal-gray Italian jacquard with orange chenille pattern, finished with Houlès trim and a matching fabric-covered orange cord. Fully rewired for U.S. use; height includes shade. Plug customization available on request. An architectural statement for a credenza, console, or sideboard.
