Magnificent Gründerzeit Antique Sideboard/Cabinet. Dimensions: Height x Width x Depth 164 x 116 x 46 cm.
Original, very ornately crafted sideboard from the Historicist period, circa 1875. The wood is oak/oak veneer. The front is adorned with sturdy, attractive columns/pilasters and other magnificent carved details from bygone days. Inside, there is a shelf. The interior of this piece is also pleasantly fragrant. The sideboard can be accessed with a key. This is a beautiful, elegant antique gem, in excellent condition and ready for immediate placement and use. (One small strip is missing from the left door.) This sideboard, which comes from a Viennese aristocratic household, is in very good condition and, due to its substantial dimensions, is a real eye-catcher in any setting.
