A large IKORA lamp made of glass and metal.
It is an example of timeless German design, combining elegance, artistry and functionality. Its massive, bulbous body is made of glass in a warm, honey-amber shade, decorated with decorative streaks in shades of brown. The delicate colour transitions create the impression of fluid movement, as if the colour were spilling inside the glass — this effect resembles the natural process of liquid diffusion, giving the lamp an organic, almost painterly character.
The lamp also has a light source inside the body, creating a moody, multidimensional lighting effect. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
