Beautiful hand-woven rope seat and naturally weathered finish with soft, authentic ageing. This footstool was designed by heinz heger for pgh erzgebirge arts and crafts in annaberg-buchholz, east germany, in the 1960s.

this particular example features a striking grey, naturally aged patina that gives the piece a soft, muted character distinct from the warmer oak versions. The lighter, desaturated surface highlights the grain structure and creates a refined, wabi-sabi aesthetic that blends extremely well with contemporary interiors.
