Double bed designed by Carlo Scarpa and produced by Simon Gavina in Italy during the 1970s.
The Toledo bed reflects Scarpa’s architectural approach to furniture design, emphasizing proportion, material quality, and refined detailing.
Constructed with a solid wooden frame and featuring a distinctive aniline leather headboard design, the bed combines functionality with the sculptural clarity. Good original condition with light signs of use consistent with age.
Condition: Very good, minor signs on the wood in form of small scratches (images). Leather has been cleaned, showing small signs of use. Upper part of mattress support has been professionally deep cleaned.
