The top section has two lockable doors. The doors are adorned with milled panels. The interior is a muted turquoise. Inside, there are two shelves (at a fixed height) and three small drawers at the bottom. The drawers have wooden knobs.
The bottom section is a writing desk. Inside, there are eight small drawers and one storage compartment. The drawers have brass knobs. The bottom section has double doors like those on the sideboard. All hinges, door guides, and locks (except for the one mentioned) are original. All locks work and are supplied with three keys. Stable, sturdy legs.
