a beautiful pair of wall lamps designed by the celebrated swedish lighting designer hans-agne jakobsson, produced by hans-agne jakobsson ab in markaryd during the 1960s.

these model v-239 lamps exemplify jakobsson’s mastery of creating warm, diffused light through simple, sculptural forms. The white lacquered metal shades emit a soft and atmospheric glow, typical of his refined scandinavian modern aesthetic.

each lamp retains its original manufacturer’s label, confirming authenticity. They have been professionally cleaned, rewired, and earthed (grounded) to meet modern electrical standards. A new high-quality electrical cable with an inline switch has been installed for ease of use. The lamps can also be hardwired directly into the wall if preferred.

the wall plate mounts securely to the wall with screws, and the lamp body attaches firmly to this plate, ensuring stable and safe installation.
