This impressive high quality pendant light was handcrafted in Italy between 1950 and 1960. Its stylish Italian design was inspired by classic outdoor garden lanterns as well as modernist glass art lights.
Two thick and heavy brutalist style glass plate lampshades of colored hand blown Murano glass are supported by an elegantly decorated bracket made of forged iron.
The stunning design of this stylish mediterranean light object combines two Italian design styles of craftsmanship: Italian Modern glass art framed by traditional, neo-classical elements.
