Nice desk chair by Wilkhahn.
Designed by Hartmut Lohmeyer.
It was reupholstered some time ago with a striped fabric and looks great. The frame is made of beechwood and stained dark.
Unfortunately, the frame shows significant signs of wear, but it is sturdy.
The new owner is getting an affordable German mid-century classic. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
