Original art deco table lamp with a stepped skyscraper style column and original glass shade.
re-wired by a professional electrician with braided flex, switched in the lamp holder just below the chrome gallery.
an art deco table lamp with a stepped chrome column inspired by the emerging skyscraper forms of the period. The cylindrical stem is accented with amber phenolic resin bands, supported on a weighted chrome base. The original cased glass shade features a softly tapering form with multicoloured spot detailing on a cream ground. A compact yet architectural piece.
