This original table lamp 600g was designed by Gino Sarfatti for Arteluce in 1966. The lamp is made from black lacquered aluminum and it has a support of a pouch made of black skai leather, filled with lead shot. This type of support allows the lamp to be positioned in all directions. Sarfatti probably found his inspiration in a bag of hunting buckshot or in an ashtray positioned on the arm of a chair, typical of the period, that he remembered seeing in his grandmother’s house. This table lamp is in very good original condition with the Arteluce label. It has a normal fitting for any E27 lamp or for a 100/150 W spot.
