Measuring … Read more California self-taught artist JoAnne Fleming, (American, b. 1930), painted this female woman with acrylic paint on canvas in 2002. Measuring 20” high X 16” wide. Signed both in the lower right front and verso.

Fleming started painting back in the early 1980’s. She typically paints only women. She has painted a few cows and one male subject, otherwise it’s women.

Fleming had a one-woman art exhibition at Colin Fisher Studios in Cathedral City, CA. and has been represented for over 20 years. Unquestionably her work has been widely collected.

In excellent condition, signed but not framed however, there is a wire so it’s ready for hanging. See less
