A rare, museum-caliber original painting by acclaimed Alabama folk artist Jimmy Lee Sudduth (1910–2007), titled “Man Milking a Cow.” Painted in 2004. This large and iconic example of Sudduth’s work measures 49.5” x 37.5” framed and features his signature use of mud, natural pigments, and house paint—a technique that earned him recognition as one of the most important Southern outsider artists of the 20th century.
