With a large central prong-set emerald cut quartz (with an off-center cut) flanked on each side by with 2 round cut rubies.

Marked to the shank.

Condition Details:
The hand-cut quartz gemstone's cut is slightly off center. Otherwise, there is some light edge wear, some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
