New chaise sectional in deep blue Mohair velvet. My design client ordered it on their own and it did not fit the space. It is being stored in temperature control warehouse and is in perfect condition. On delivery, one leg was noted to be slightly less secure than others, but does not pose any issue for the sofa. Very secure and well-made. Was $13K new.
Sectional is 3 seats and comes in two pieces: chaise section and 2-seat sofa section. Overall measurements: 103"W x 67"D (w/ chaise), 40"D (w/out chaise), and 34"H. Seat height is 18" and arm height is 23"H.
