Set of 6 Vintage Mid Century Brutalist Dining Chairs. An unusual and scare set of pine chairs with original green velvet upholstery attributed to Aquarius Industries of South Africa, purchased by original owner from High Point NC circa 1970’s. Sturdy and well crafted with carved high lattice backrests. From the estate of a local artist/painter. Matching hand carved dining table available separately, see my other listings for details.
Extremely well cared for and in original vintage condition. Only minimal signs of use, light scuffs and dings at bottom of legs. Some scattered spots of acrylic paint on seat cushions which can likely be removed with professional cleaning. One seat cushion has a spot of glue at one edge.
