This is an unmarked dark teal teapot that is a working teapot that has a music box in the base. I am not sure what song the music box plays as I do not recognize it. It looks like you can loosen the screws and take the music box out-but I’m not going to do that. The teapot is a dark teal with a gold design with raised enamel dots in orange and white. It has some worn gold trim on the handle that is not really noticable and gold trim on the rims and spout. There may be a manufacture name under the music box, but I’m not sure. The teapot comes with the matching lid and this is a usable teapot that is neither microwave or dishwasher safe.
The teapot measures 4.50 inches wide and is 8.50 inches from handle to spout. It is 4 7/8 inches tall to the rim and 6.50 inches tall to the top of the handle.
There is somew wear to the gold trim on the top of the handle and some wear to the raised enamel dots. The music box does work, I have listened to it, I just have no idea what the song is.
