The set consists of all … Read more Elegant set of eight French mahogany dining armchairs crafted in the grand Louis XVI taste. The set consists of all armchairs with 27" inch high arms. The dark mahogany frames feature a gracefully arched seat crest rail with splayed upright fan shaped supports decorated with floral swag. The generous curved seats have a button tufted upholstery with a striped fabric in a light robins egg tone. The seat fabric is bordered by decorative brass tack nail heads on the front and sides. The chairs are sturdy and strong with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The seats are supported by turned legs having a carved rosette on the top and ending with toupie feet. The chairs have a handsome profile and a very comfortable seat. Sold as a set of eight.
