This is a Phil Cardew Designs teapot in Ted Tea. It is white and covered with teddy bears, food and drinks and has Today’s The Day the Teddy Bears have their Picnic around the rim and base. There are teddy bears on the handle and the spout and food and drinks on the lid. It is marked as shown, but the date is unknown. The teapot was made in Indonesia and does not specify if it is dishwasher or microwave safe.
