The exterior wood is Walnut. … Read more This is from my understanding a 1980 Drexel drawer chest in beautiful mid century style. The exterior wood is Walnut. Otherwise a lot of solid wood construction throughout with brass handles throughout. Dimensions are
37.75” wide, 19” length, & 49”tall. I had acquired this piece from a family member because they were moving and couldn’t take it with them however, they’ve taken really good care of it considering how old it is. With that said there is no major wear and tear or structural damage of any sort. Very clean throughout from a non smoking home. There’s a couple scuffles here and there that can be cleaned off and some varnish that has come off that can be refinished but other than that it’s in great shape with everything original on it no mods whatsoever. It’s a beautiful piece I wish I could keep but unfortunately I don’t have a place for it so I’m deciding to let it go. I’m sure this will make a wonderful addition for the right space as its elegance and design is timeless even for modern day standards backed by Drexel’s unmistaken heritage in the furniture world.
