The sculpture features an elegant elongated figure with a dramatic black and brass/gold-tone finish. Her raised arm supports the vessel overhead while the other hand rests naturally along her side, creating a beautifully balanced and expressive silhouette.
The combination of the dark sculptural body with the warm metallic gold/brass-colored skirt and head vessel gives the piece a sophisticated, graphic quality. The elongated proportions and stylized facial features lend it a distinctive African-inspired, Mid-Century Modern, and global decorative aesthetic.
A wonderful statement accent for a living room, entryway, bedroom, library, office, or collected interior. It would also pair beautifully with other vintage objects, sculpture, textiles, and natural materials. See less
