One-of-a-kind choker made of a vintage Czech rhinestone buckle. I fell in love with vintage buckles and my mother has lovingly sewn them onto black velvet (stretch) ribbon. The overall length of the choker is 13", but there is some give with the elastic in the ribbon. Simply elegant!
