I fell in love with vintage buckles and decided to upcycle them into chokers. This one is an early 20th Century Buckle with intricate gold tone detailing and accented with deep red rhinestones. The ribbon has elastic in it and measures 1". The overall length is 12", but as I mentioned, there is elastic in the ribbon, so it is adjustable to some extent. The buckle is lovingly hand sewn by my mother. I would suggest looking in a mirror to help with fastening it. No two are alike!
