Monumental in both size & style, this is a stunning boho statement piece! Attributed to designer Michael Taylor and called the “Jennifer” sofa, yet unmarked. This woven rattan gem is huge! Constructed of wide wicker weave over an internal rattan frame, it’s low profile and generous proportions exude the classic “California Look” Michael Taylor was famous for.
In beautiful, restored vintage condition! All parts are freshly cleaned and some wicker portions have been replaced, and stained to match existing wicker strands. The 4” thick seat cushion insert and upholstery are both newly custom made using a neutral navy Sunbrella performance fabric, it matches everything like your favorite pair of jeans! Very comfortable and all ready to relax in, just add your favorite throw pillows to customize. Please note- this is an indoor vintage sofa, made of real wicker and not plastic resin. If used outdoors it needs to be in a covered area or have a furniture cover in direct rain to protect its longevity.

- Overall great vintage condition! Some wicker strands have been replaced throughout the frame. The bottom row of wicker closest to … moreOverall great vintage condition! Some wicker strands have been replaced throughout the frame. The bottom row of wicker closest to the floor shows some fading. There are a few broken strands on the right side of the seat under the cushion. I have pictured this and circled in red. It doesn’t affect the structural integrity because there is a wood platform underneath. Very minor small losses to wicker on the front edge of armrests, I took close-up pics of those. All of the internal construction is strong and sturdy, there is a thick rattan pole frame that supports a large wood platform support for the woven wicker seat. Both the foam cushion insert and Sunbrella upholstery are brand new. Clean and ready for its new home! less
