Pomegranate design elements scattered throughout including in-line within the main border. Scattered animals found peaking through in the field. Colors and shades include: Navy blue, madder root red, mallard green, ivory, sky blue, chestnut, tomato red, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even short pile across. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end measures 3'4 whereas the opposing measures 3'8. This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. Slight contour to shape, within normal margin for type and age.
