We quite literally ran to this piece when we first spotted it—the coloring and patina are that beautiful; a late … Read more We quite literally ran to this piece when we first spotted it—the coloring and patina are that beautiful; a late 19th-century French work table with an elm top set over a fruitwood base, it retains its original iron pulls on the central and end drawers and carries the rustic character of a centuries-old atelier, and while it would be incredible as a long console, it could also serve as a dining table if the legs were lengthened a bit (or the apron shortened) to provide more leg clearance.
