There are chips in the veneer, scratches, water, staining, cracks in the petal, edgewear, and one petal is loose. The metal base has scratches, scuffs, marks, chips, rust, spots, and oxidation throughout. It is sturdy and usable condition as is but we would recommend restoration especially to the broken and loose petal. There is no makers mark. Please see photos for full condition details. less
