Large walnut & afromosia two tier coffee table by Dux, made in Sweden c. 1960s with design attributed to Folke Ohlsson.
The tabletop rests on an elegantly sculpted base, with rounded edges that compliment the raised borders of the surface.
The removable cane shelf is often lost to history, making fully intact pieces like this one exceptionally rare.
Restored to showroom condition with no apparent imperfections.
Note: the raised edge on the surface adds 0.5 inches, which is not included in the height dimension below.
