These are 4 beautiful Art Nouveau Majolica tiles, that are pressed encaustic sepia colored glazed art tiles depicting flowers in a jardiniere. Each tile measures 6 inches square. The overall size is two feet long. These tiles would look great in a frame and placed in any room of your choosing since they are absolutely fantastic. They were made by the American Encaustic Tiling Company in the 1890's. They are in excellent condition with minor crazing.
