Signed in a box LL and a signature underneath. It is a mixed media piece of charcoal and paint on heavy paper From the 80's. It has been tastefully reframed floating on white linen in a white lacquer box frame. This has been framed all archival. It is covered with plexiglass but not UV3 plexiglass. The landscape has large and looming vibrant 4 kelly green cypress type tress lining a road either of white or of the yellow brick road going to a distant blue roofed home. It is up to the interpretation of the viewer. The colors are tones of gray, charcoal green, white, yellow and blue. It is very architectural.
