Victoria Hutson Huntley (American , NY 1900 - 1971) pen & ink drawing on paper - figure study 1939.
Male nude standing in profile with hair tied back and arms crossed. Signed and dated 1939 lower right. Titled "25 mins. for Isabel and Harold" lower left. Further described on the back "Dedicated to Isabel Bishop and her husband Harold."
Displayed glazed and matted in a gilt frame.

Victoria Huntley was a prominent 20th century artist and printmaker. Her work is represented in the New York Public Library, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Boston Museum of Fine Arts, the Chicago Art Institute, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, the Cleveland Museum of Art and the Whitney Museum.
Isabel Bishop (March 3, 1902 – February 19, 1988) was an American painter and graphic artist. She was most notable for her scenes of everyday life in Manhattan as a member of the loosely defined ‘Fourteenth Street School’ of artists.
