Crafted circa 1845–1860 in richly figured flame mahogany veneer over pine, this secretaire combines late Biedermeier refinement with Rococo Revival curves. Features a serpentine front, fitted fall-front writing surface, miniature interior drawers, and brass escutcheons. Retains its original patina and stenciled Henriksdal mark—indicating origin from the Henriksdal estate workshop in southern Sweden. See less
