Designed in 1967, the Eclisse is a bedside table standing or wall mounted (pin-up) lamp for direct and diffused incandescent lighting. Body in lacquered steel. And incorporated rotatable shield in white lacquered steel allows for the eclipsing of the light source and the regulation of its light emission. On/off switch located on cord.

Best known for the 1967-designed Eclisse, Vico Magsitretti was born in Italy in 1920. Trained as an architect, his lifelong passion was minimal, usable design which he implemented in large building projects as well as intimately-scaled fixtures and furnishings for noted companies such as Artemide, Flou and Kartell throughout his 60-year career.
