This painting is attributed to Inez Abernethy, whose work was a part of the Federal Art Project from 1935 - 1943. The signature is obscured by the frame, and the painting was framed when I acquired the piece. The frame is relatively new, according to the framer's card on the back of the piece. The frame is deep and lovely. The title is "Blue and Gold." Simply beautiful. Measures 16.25 inches x 14 x 2.25 deep. See less
