The painting isn’t signed, so obviously the artist is unknown, however it’s amazingly well executed so the artist even though unknown was very good at his trade.

It can’t be confirmed, however this face painting is possibly created by artist Christopher Shoemaker, if nothing else it is in the style of his work.
