Vintage free-form glass moat candle holder centerpiece displays by Pipsen Saarinen Swanson for Tiffin glass. Tiffin engaged Swanson as a designer from 1948–1950, and she created free-form vases, ashtrays, candleholders and flower floaters, as well as more traditional pressed glass dinnerware patterns. Pipsen is the elder sister of architect Eero Saarinen and the daughter of architect Eliel Saarinen and noted textile designer and sculptor Loja Saarinen. Deep, large profile forms that can nest in multiple configurations. Four candle taper holders per centerpiece. Being sold as a set of two (x2). Solid glass.
