The William Guerin mark is dated 1891 to 1932. The chocolate pot is signed Frances Stella May 1st ’95 which would have been 1895. The chocolate pot is white with a purple floral design with green leaves, a lovely shaped and twisted design with inverted beading a nd striations and a lot of gold trim which includes a gold painted flower shaped handle on the lid. It also has a very lovely gold painted handle. The chocolate pot is decorated with the floral design on the left while the right side is mostly plain. Both sides are shown.

The chocolate pot measures 4.00 inches wide and is 750 inches tall to the rim and 8 7/8 inches tall to the top of that flower shaped handle.

The shaping in the pocelain is really lovely and the purple flowers are nicely done and quite possibly hand painted. It has a lot of gold trim with no wear which is amazing at this age. This is one to be treasured.

There are no chips, cracks, crazing, or any kind of damage or wear. The inside is clean and the spout is perfectly attached with a little petal detail at the base.
