A charming 1930s English sterling silver presentation trophy engraved “The Catlow Snooker Challenge Cup, Old Boys Club, 1938.” Hallmarked for Birmingham, 1937, and made by noted silversmith William Adams Ltd. The piece retains its original turned wood plinth and removable lid topped by a decorative finial.
Beautifully proportioned at 6½ inches tall, this cup captures the nostalgic spirit of interwar England and makes a handsome decorative accent for a study or library.
