19th century spongeware blue and white (flow blue) stoneware serving dish with a scalloped and embossed edge, two extending handles, and a dark cobalt-colored sponging which is visible from the underside. I believe this is from England, however this piece is not marked.
Measurements: Height 2¼”, Width (handle to handle) 10½”, Diameter 9½”
Condition: This dish is in good antique condition. There are no chips, cracks or repairs, however there is a great deal of crazing and darkening. This is appropriate to the piece’s age and use, but please review photos carefully before purchasing.
