New wiring, porcelain sockets, and braided cloth covered wires have been attached. In addition the exterior metal surrounds have been replaced with brand new copper, so that the finish and shine on the pair look brand new! I've also purchased new dark brass canopies from Antique Lamp Supply and will include them with the purchase. These impressive pendant lights will look amazing over a large kitchen island, or in a Hallway, or as a pair over a long dining table. They will become the Hero decor piece in any room where they are installed. NOTE: Some of the photos were taken prior to refinishing -- like the first one showing the two lights hanging. They are both now completely restored, and are both identical in size. See less

The exterior of the lights are almost perfect and very shiny -- appearing brand new. The interior of the domes of the lights are left the way they were, so they have a nice darkened copper color which will reflect the light of the up-to 100w bulb used to illuminate. The shape is original, and may have imperfections in the metal -- like dings or slight bent areas. Overall these are as close to perfect as I could get them, and represent an excellent value considering all the money I have invested in them.
