Set of two charming wooden stands for small ceramic vases, traditionally used in Shinto home altars (Kamidana) to hold sakaki branches or flowers as offerings to the kami (deities).
Dimensions: height 14 cm, width 15 cm, depth 15 cm.
The box-shaped holders are crafted from light Kiso Hinoki wood, featuring cross-patterned side panels and protruding corner joints. At the center of each lid is an opening designed to hold a white-and-blue ceramic vase.
Today, they make a distinctive and original interior accent – simple, architectural, and refined – reflecting the pure aesthetic of Japanese Shinto craftsmanship.
