Large traditional Kokeshi doll from the Togatta family, crafted by Konno Kashiku (今野かし) from Zao, Miyagi Prefecture.
The doll features a serene, delicately painted expression and a rich floral motif in red and black.
Dimensions: height 45 cm, diameter 12 cm.
The slender silhouette, red diagonal hair pattern, and elegant brushwork are characteristic of the Togatta style. Signed by the artist on the base. Excellent condition.
