This rectangular devotional plaque features a delicate polychrome image of the Virgin and Child with a halo, in relief, on an ivory-colored background with subtle light blue accents on the upper edge. The Virgin wears a blue cloak and a yellow robe, similar to the tunic of the Baby Jesus. This antique majolica is framed by a triple frame decorated in shades of yellow, green, and orange.

Minor enamel losses have been retouched in some areas. This devotional plaque is in good condition and originates from Central Italy. See less
