Beach House indoor outdoor rugs bring smart interior design to the patio, porch and backyard deck. These outdoor patio rugs are made using easy-care yarns for the ultimate resistance to stains, mold and mildew, and fading from the sun. From busy areas indoors to leisure-living spaces outside, Beach House rugs stand up beautifully season after season.

General Care: Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening of your rug pile. Rotating your rug every few months will help relieve areas from excessive wear. Packing and shipping may cause temporary creases in area rugs. To remove them back-roll/reverse roll your rug and allow time for the creases to relax. Direct sunlight will cause the colors in your area rug to fade over time. Long term exposure to humid weather can be harmful to area rugs. Sweeping works best for outdoor rugs. The sturdy pile of an indoor-outdoor rug does not trap dirt as readily as other area rugs. For rugs that are relatively easy to handle, bring them outdoors and shake vigorously to remove excess debris. Hang over an outdoor railing and beat with the back of a broom or rug beater, varying in vigor based on the construction and condition of the rug. Area rugs placed in high traffic areas will wear faster than those in lesser tread-upon locations. Rotating a rug every few months will distribute any wear and fading evenly.
Care for Indoor/Outdoor Rugs: Indoor-outdoor rugs are made with durable synthetic materials to help them to withstand high traffic and natural weather elements. Outdoor rugs can be cleaned with a bit more vigor, such as rinsing a rug with a garden hose to remove excessive grime. Dry indoor-outdoor rugs over a railing in the sunlight on both sides instead of placing it on a wooden deck or stone patio, which can encourage the growth of moss or mold on a damp rug. Do not place in direct sunlight. Store the rug when it is not in use.

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).
- On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping.
Cancellations
- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges.
- Once shipping or pickup has been initiated, the cancellation will be considered a return and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

- Chairish Express In-Home Delivery
- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
- Shipping charges start at $999 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.
- Shipping charges start at $799 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
- Only available in selected markets.
- Chairish In-Home Delivery
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
