This is blue art glass perfume bottle from Royal Crystal Limited of Taiwan. The bottle has black dots in the glass and a blue glass stopper that kind of looks like a person to me. The stoppper fits tightly and the color is a good match. The base of the bottle is clear.
The bottle measures 2.75 inches across and it is 4.00 inches tall to the rim and 6 1/8 inches tall to the top of the stopper.
The bottle has no chips, cracks, or other damage. There is no residue and no perfume scent The stopper fits tightly and the sticker is shown.
