Part Louis XVI period writing desk in walnut and walnut veneer. The back, drawer bottoms, and drawer sides have been replaced. The four fluted uprights end with turned feet. It opens on the front with a drawer at the top, two doors at the bottom, and a flap. The stage consists of seven drawers and two trays. The leather on the flap has been replaced.
The locks are functional, with brass keyholes and pull handles.
Saint-Anne marble top.
Waxed finish.
