the chairs are made of molded, glass-fiber-reinforced plastic with a white finish and rest on a trumpet-shaped base made of painted cast aluminum.

the removable seat cushions in olive-green wool provide a warm contrast to the cool, white shell and emphasize the organic character of the design. The underside of the seats bears an embossed knoll number, confirming their originality.
