A beautiful glass mirror made by Fontana Arte about 1960's. The form of the mirror has the popular curved sides of the sixty's mid-century design. The mirror is made of quality heavy glass crystal with a bevelled edge that reflects rainbows of coloured light. It is backed with wood and has metal brackets for hanging vertically. Fontana Arte was a prestigious Italian producer of glass decor founded in Milan in the 1920s and collaborated with famous designers such as Gio Ponti. Although it was purchased for a bathroom it would grace any hall or living room. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
