These pre 1930's dining/parlor chairs are in excellent condition for their 100+ year age. Construction is predominantly mortise and tenon, with supplementary fasteners to support the seat rails, and to join seat bottoms to the rails.
Seats were reupholstered at some point, but with period appropriate fabric.
These chairs have all of the typical nicks and dings that one would expect, but there is no discernible evidence of repairs or significant damage in their past.
The precise age of the set is unknown.
