This gorgeous ceiling lamp was designed by achille castiglioni in italy during the 1960s. In fabulous vintage condition, with a charming and evenly aged soft beige patina. This cocoon is truly unique thanks to its large size and beautifully flattened silhouette, which gives it a softer and more organic presence. When lit, the effect is simply spectacular, with a warm and elegant glow. The pendant has been professionally rewired and tested, and is compatible with both us and eu/uk standards. It uses a single e26/e27 light bulb. The lamp features a round shade made of natural resin that envelops a metal frame with a graceful, convex form. An iconic pendant light, perfect to complement a mid-century living room or an organic modern kitchen.
